Last night, my dear friends, Nadette and John, hosted a cooking class/dinner party led by
the adorable and informative Melissa (pictured with Michele).
She prepared an entirely organic menu of carrot-ginger soup, herbed green millet, Sunshine salad, and almond apricot cups. The gathered chopped, grated, boiled, blended and drank wine* under Melissa's kindly watchful eye until we had a beautiful, healthy meal.

The food was delicious and the company divine.
Olive joined us for dessert.
*Wine not a part of Melissa's healthy menu, but part of Nadette's and mine.
